Organiztion creation history: As time past, Taki had to decline or aprove upcoming Dzukikages, alot of canditates were declined, becouse of having a bit of evil seed inside them, Taki was afraid that they could become like the first. He started loosing hope, He met up with Revan. They talked about the World Peace and How to obtain it, the only answer that could succseed was, Making an organization of powerful shinobi, that could take over every village even by force. He was ashamed by that idea, it sounded to bad and it would bring pain, but atleast the future would be better.
